Cookies are IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the end device
(computer, phone, tablet) that you use when visiting our website.
Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on
the end device and a unique number.
These files:
are saved in your device's memory,
enable, among other things, the use of all the website's features,
do not cause any changes to your device's settings.
2. Who places cookies
The entity placing cookies on your end device and accessing them is the operator and
administrator of the website:
,
with its registered office at: Al. Jerozolimskie 125/127, 02-017 Warszawa,
Tax ID (NIP): 1230850240, Business Registry No. (REGON): 015874032
(hereinafter "WLR Apartments").
The rules for processing your personal data are described in the
Privacy Policy.
3. Why we use cookies
To ensure the website functions properly and to make its features available — including handling
the user session, forms, and the reservation and payment process.
To remember information about your session as well as statistical and marketing data concerning
how the website is used (e.g. number of visits, traffic sources, popularity of individual
offers).
To remember your preferences, such as the selected language or device type.
To tailor the website's content to your preferences and to optimise the use of the website — in
particular, to recognise the device type and display the website accordingly.
4. Types of cookies we use
By storage time:
session — temporary files, stored until you leave the website or close the
browser;
persistent — stored for the period specified in the file's parameters or until you
delete them yourself.
By purpose — corresponding to the three categories in our consent panel
("Accept all" / "Reject all" / "Settings"):
Strictly necessary (always active) — required for the website to work: session
handling, login, security, the reservation and payment process, and remembering your consent
choice. This also includes functional cookies (e.g. remembering the language). They do
not require consent;
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (including the "_ga", "_ga_…" files); anonymous
statistics on traffic and how the website is used, so that we can improve it. Only with your
consent;
Marketing — Google Ads and remarketing; measuring the effectiveness of ads and
tailoring content to your interests. Only with your consent.
By origin:
first-party — placed directly by our website;
third-party — placed by external services that we use
(see point 5).
5. Third-party cookies and data recipients
We use the services of third parties to whom data collected via cookies may be transferred.
These entities process the data in accordance with their own privacy policies. They include,
among others:
the website software provider and the hosting provider,
the reservation system provider,
the payment operator (Przelewy24 / PayPro S.A.),
analytics tool providers (e.g. Google Analytics),
operators of social media services and marketing partners,
the entity providing technical support.
Google Analytics — a statistics tool provided by Google. It helps us measure website
traffic. You can block the transfer of data to Google Analytics by installing a browser
add-on:
tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Ads — Google's advertising tool; it measures the effectiveness of ads and enables
remarketing. We activate it only after you have given marketing consent.
Google Consent Mode v2 — we use a consent mechanism whereby Google tags
(Analytics, Ads) respect your choice: until consent is given, they do not store cookies
or identifiers.
6. Consent to cookies and legal basis
On your first visit to the website, we display a banner with information about cookies and the
option to accept them, reject them in full, or choose individual categories
(the "Settings" button).
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work are used on the basis of our
legitimate interest and do not require your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are
used only after you have given your consent.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time — just as easily as you gave it — by clicking
"Cookie settings" in the website footer (the same category panel will open). You can also
use your browser settings (see point 7). Restricting cookies may affect some of the website's
features.
The legal basis includes, among others, Art. 173 of the Telecommunications Law and — with regard
to personal data — Art. 6(1) GDPR.
7. How to manage cookies
The easiest way to change your choice is on our website — click "Cookie settings" in the
footer; a panel will open where you can enable or disable analytics and marketing cookies.
At any time you can also delete stored cookies and block their use in the
future using your web browser's settings.
By default, web browsing software allows cookies to be placed on the end device. You can change
these settings to block the automatic handling of cookies or to be notified each time they are
sent.
8. Changes to the Cookie Policy and contact
We reserve the right to amend this Cookie Policy. The current version is always
available on this page.
