Booking and payments
How do I book an apartment?
The easiest way is online — via the booking form on our website. You can also write to
REZERWACJE@wlrapartments.pl or call
. A booking becomes effective once it is
paid and you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
What payment methods are available?
Depending on the offer: online payment via Przelewy24 (BLIK, card, instant transfer), a regular
bank transfer to our account, Bitcoin (with a discount) and cash at check-in (with a deposit
paid in advance). You will see the currently available methods at the final booking step.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes — we confirm a booking once the payment has been registered. For cash payment at
check-in we collect a small deposit in advance (it secures the date), and you pay the rest
in cash on site.
Do you charge a security deposit?
For some apartments or dates a refundable security deposit may apply to cover any potential
damage. If it applies, we will let you know in the booking confirmation, and we return the
deposit after your stay.
Will I receive an invoice or a receipt?
Yes. During booking you can choose a VAT invoice or a personal receipt and provide the details
for the document. We issue an invoice to a company once you provide the VAT number.
What currency do I pay in?
We settle payments in Polish złoty (PLN). If you pay with a foreign card, your bank will
convert the amount at its own rate. We show prices in EUR/USD for guidance only.
Does the price include cleaning and utilities?
Yes — the price includes the final cleaning and standard use of utilities (water, electricity,
heating, internet). The price covers the whole apartment for the entire stay, with no hidden fees.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes — if you have a code, enter it in the booking form in the "Discount code" field, and the
discount will be applied automatically.
Are the apartments fully independent flats?
Yes — you rent an entire, self-contained flat for your exclusive use, with no reception and
without sharing space with other guests. You have your own entrance (code/key) and full privacy.
Are the photos up to date? Can I view the apartment before booking?
The photos in the offer show the actual apartment. Minor differences may occur, but they can
only concern decorations or additional equipment.
If you would like to ask for details or
arrange a viewing, write or call us — we will do our best to help.
How much does it cost for a child to stay?
It depends on the offer and the child's age. Usually small children sleeping with their
parents incur no extra charge; for older children or when an extra bed is needed there may be a
surcharge — please state the number and age of children when booking.
Check-in and check-out
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until
11:00 AM. Times may differ for selected apartments — please check your booking
confirmation.
Is check-in self-service (contactless)?
Most often yes — you enter on your own using a code on the keypad at the door or a key from a
lockbox. We send the exact entry instructions (address, code, Wi-Fi) before your arrival.
Can I check in earlier, before 3:00 PM?
Subject to availability (if the apartment is already free and cleaned) — yes. Write to us
preferably a day in advance, and we will confirm whether an early check-in is possible.
Can I arrive late in the evening or at night?
Yes. Thanks to self check-in you can arrive at any time, including at night.
We only ask that you let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
Can I check out later (late check-out)?
Subject to the apartment's availability — yes, sometimes for a small surcharge. Let us know in
advance that you would like a later check-out, and we will check whether it is free.
Where can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Depending on the apartment — sometimes you can leave your luggage in the flat, and in other
cases we will point you to the nearest luggage storage. Write to us, we will help.
Do I have to show an ID document?
We may ask for the details needed for the registration card in accordance with applicable
regulations. We treat your data confidentially (see the Privacy Policy).
How do I get the keys or the door code?
You will receive the entry instructions (lock code / location of the lockbox with the key) in a
message before your arrival, usually on the check-in day.
Is self check-in complicated?
No — it is simple. Before arrival you receive clear step-by-step instructions (address, door
code, Wi-Fi). If you have any trouble getting in — including at night — call us and we will help
remotely or on site.
Why might the address in the instructions differ from the one on the portal?
For security reasons we provide the exact address and code only in the entry instructions
before arrival. Booking portals usually show an approximate location.
What is a registration card and why do I fill it in?
It is a short form with the guest's details, which we may send you to complete online before
arrival. It lets us prepare the check-in smoothly and in line with regulations; we treat your data
confidentially (see the
Privacy Policy).

How does check-out work and where do I leave the keys?
Check-out is contactless — simply leave the apartment by the check-out time, leave the
key in the agreed place (e.g. in the flat or a lockbox) and lock the door. We provide the details in
the instructions.
Cancellation, shortening and extending your stay
What are the cancellation terms?
The terms depend on the chosen rate and dates. Usually, up to a specified day before arrival,
cancellation is free of charge, and afterwards it involves a fee. You will find the exact rules in
your booking confirmation and in the
Terms and Conditions.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel within the free cancellation period — we refund the full amount. After that
deadline the refund depends on the rate's terms. We process refunds using the same method the
payment was made with.
What if I shorten my stay and leave earlier?
The charge for the booked but unused period is, as a rule, non-refundable. In special
situations we may consider a partial refund — contact us and we will look for a solution.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, provided the apartment is free on the following days. Write or call as early as possible —
we will prepare the surcharge for the additional nights. During high occupancy we may offer another
apartment.
Can I change my booking dates?
Subject to availability — yes. Contact us in advance and we will try to move your booking to
different dates.
What happens if I don't arrive (no-show)?
Not arriving without a prior cancellation means the charge is forfeited. With cash payment the
deposit paid is forfeited.
What about force majeure?
In extraordinary situations (e.g. random events) we try to offer a change of dates or a
refund. The details are governed by the
Terms and Conditions.
